In the membership program, you will receive access to 12 core courses, including video lessons, resources, worksheets and quizzes for you to view and study at your own pace.

You will also receive access to our membership portal which contains our active online community, a library full of helpful business tools and resources, member only online events, member only discounts and much more.

With the monthly membership program, you will be able to access one course per month. Each month, a new course will be unlocked, for a total of 12 core courses that are included in this program.

With the yearly membership program, you are able to instantly access all 12 business courses upon registration.  You don’t have to wait monthly to access each course.

Another benefit of paying for the yearly plan is you save $1199 off the total yearly membership cost, which is equivalent to 2 free months of membership. There may be other additional bonus offers included in the yearly plan at various times.

You also get to lock in this low price, as the prices are subject to increase in the future.

Additional training outside of the core curriculum may be offered throughout the year and these additional courses may be made available to paid members at a discounted rate.

There is no start or end date and no time limit on the courses.  For each course, you will study at your own pace.  You are not obligated to finish the courses by a certain time.

We do include activities that can help move your business forward, however assignment completion is not a requirement.

While participation is helpful in the program, please feel free to move at your own pace and utilize the content that you feel is helpful to you.

You do not have to complete every lesson or assignment in order to be successful in the Academy. You also don’t have to participate in the community, if you choose not to do so. We have provided this content as a resource to you, and you can use as much or as little of it as you would like.  No pressure!

This program is for businesses at every level.  There are courses that focus on new businesses, and courses that focus on business growth for established businesses.  Businesses at every phase benefit from our business support, community and training throughout the year.

You will be able to submit your questions and have them answered via email.  If you would like more personalized coaching for your business, you also have the opportunity to set up a private one on one business coaching session, for an additional fee.

Currently, we offer all of our courses in our membership program.  We do this to ensure each student is provided with comprehensive business training, so they can understand the process step by step.  We may offer some of our individual courses as standalone classes in the future.  Check our SHOP page for available courses or other business training materials.

Generally business training and coaching are considered a business expense and can be written off on your business tax return.  Please consult with your accountant or tax professional for more details.

For the monthly membership, after each course is unlocked every month, you will have access to all of those unlocked courses and membership portal for as long as your membership subscription remains paid and active.

For the yearly membership, you will have access to the courses and membership portal for 12 months.  After 12 months, the membership will renew again for another 12 months, unless canceled or downgraded to monthly. You will have access to the courses and membership portal for as long as your membership subscription remains paid and active.

You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from your membership account.  You don’t have to contact us to make changes to your plan. You are in full control.

If you choose the monthly plan but later want to upgrade to the yearly plan, you can switch easily without losing what you’ve already paid.  Our system automatically calculates the amount you have already paid for the monthly plan, so the yearly plan upgrade will be prorated by that amount.

You can switch over to yearly at any time without losing any of your content and without losing what you’ve paid, up to that date, for the monthly plan.

If your credit card is set to expire or your plan is up for renewal, we will notify you by email and attempt to get your new card information before your plan expires.  If the new card information is not received or the plan is not renewed, the account will be closed/cancelled.

Due to the nature of our products and services, unfortunately refunds are not provided.  However, please do keep in mind, you are able to cancel your monthly subscription at any time from within your membership account. The membership fees that have already been paid are not refundable.
